Free wills: make your will for free

Leave a gift in your will

Leaving a gift in your will to CSW is the most powerful way to support our work long-term. You will join us in working towards a world where everyone can practice their belief without fear, and leave a legacy of freedom for generations to come.

We’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network to give you the chance to make your will for free with a solicitor in person, using a local firm, or remotely. We know how important it is for you to take care of your loved ones and there is no obligation to leave a gift to CSW in your will but hope that you will consider it. Any gift, of whatever size, can help those facing harassment, violence and persecution for their faith.

The National Free Wills Network has access to hundreds of solicitors across the country and will send you a list of law firms closest to you and four remote options. All you need to do is:

•    Complete the form to confirm that you’d like a free, simple will through the National Free Wills Network

•    They will send you a pack with more information, a list of your local participating solicitors and a form to complete

•    Contact a solicitor from the list to make your appointment (within 90 days of receiving your pack from the National Free Wills Network), take along your completed form and get your will written for free

This offer is for a free simple will and there are a limited number available. This offer is vailable to those who are residents in the UK.

If you are planning to write a joint will, please complete details for the primary contact only:
